What certifications does your company have?

HPM is ISO 9001:2015 certified, ITAR certified, RoHS compliant, and UL certified.

What is your lead time for production once I give you an order?

Depending on the scope of the order and how many processes are involved determines the lead time for production.

What file types does HPM need?

To better serve you, HPM requests a complete Solid Works "Pack & Go".

• Complete models, including assembly components.

• Associated PDF Drawings, including material type and finish requirements.

• Quality and Supplier Manuals

If a solid file is not available, a STEP File or a PARA SOLID file will work.

What information do I need to include on the print?

We need complete models, including assembly components with overall size dimensions (length, width, height/thickness), associated PDF drawings including material type and finish requirements, quality and supplier manuals, and tolerances.

What is the minimum quantity order?

HPM is happy to support prototypes to develop and refine products prior to production. We have no minimum quantity order.
